  1. Who is on crew tonight besides the manager: check-in, audio and Studio Assistants are not named anywhere yet.
  2. Who hosts and leads the circle. Jon Q runs the experience; confirm he also leads the questions.
  3. Who adds the sessions and wall questions, and whether it happens before 5:30 PM.
  4. Contact numbers for Breanna, Dr. Kischa and the Soul Good team. Get them at check-in.
  5. Whether test sign-ups at the door are flagged as tests automatically. Assume they are not: do not test with real check-ins tonight.
  6. Whether a doors time set after publishing moves the check-in window. Set doors first, then publish.
  7. Whether reminder texts go out on a same-day publish. Texts need Open doors and Arm texts either way.
  8. The live sign-up limit per Wi-Fi network. Guests use cellular to avoid it.
